If you launch the game via Blizzard's Launcher (which most probably do), you may get the following error message:

The patch "BackgroundDownloader.exe" could not be applied. (Invalid source file size: expected 762116, actual 766212.) If this problem persists, you may be able to solve it by uninstalling and then reinstalling the game. If you are unable to correct this problem, please contact Blizzard Technical Support. (BNUpdate::PTCApply)
The solution is to find and remove the backup.MPQ file found in the Data subdirectory of the game installation and then re-run the launcher. The update will be applied and the deleted file will be recreated automatically.
