Exiles of Lordaeron has a prestigous history as a guild that can get things done, yet remain a casual force. We've taken pride in this balance between the hardcore and the more casual playerbase. It's our goal to express this drive by recruiting and interacting with the best Stormrage has to offer in terms of gameplay and personality.
In pre-expansion WoW, the guild was one of the few to kill C'thun. In The Burning Crusade, we cleared all the content through Illidan pre-nerfs -- when it offered a real challenge, particularly regarding attunements -- and in fact had two teams clear Black Temple.
For Wrath of the Lich King, we have remained a force on Stormrage in raiding. While we respect the handful of hardcore guilds left on the server that progress ahead of us, we don't strive to be one of them. Instead, we strive to be right on their heels and have done so for most of WoW's five plus years. We have completed nearly all content offered in WoW including Glory of the Raider, Glory of the Ulduar Raider, Trial of the Grand Crusader, and Glory of the Icecrown Raider.
If being part of that experience appeals to you, we are looking for excellent players who can commit to our raiding schedule, have a sense of humor, and can exhibit enough maturity to fit in.
Our current raids are Mon, Wed, and Thur nights (roughly 7:45-11:15pm server time). We raid a light-ish schedule compared to many guilds, and try to use our time well. If you're not planning on raiding 2-3 days per week, this isn't the guild for you.

(1) Take some time with it. If you spend 90 seconds on your app, so will we. And in 90 seconds, we can only make one decision about your future here. If this instruction is confusing, you can stop reading.
(2) We aren't looking for guild shoppers. We are looking for people who want to be here. When you apply to EoL, don't apply anywhere else. It's an old rule we have, but it's a hard rule.
We will attempt to get back to you in short order. We will try to invite you to something to get a feel for have you play. If we are interested, you might be invited on raids for a trial period and then eventually "tagged" as an App. That process won't take more than a few weeks. But it won't be instant either. We just want to be up front about things with you.
Our current class needs are listed on the front page of our site. Keep in mind even if your class is closed, we are always looking for exceptional players. So if you are interested in EoL, feel free to apply and if we we might consider your app at this time, we'll advise.
